Castle Square - Western Mail Offices
START PAGE | PRE-WAR MAP | POST-WAR MAP
Castle Square in the late nineteenth century. We are looking towards the castle and the street leading out of the square is Castle Bailey Street. The sign on the building facing us says "Western Mail Office". The shop to the lower right of this, number 16, used to be 'Moyse and Sibbering, Grocers' (later only Sibberings).
