Adelaide Hotel in ruins

The Adelaide Hotel, which stood on the site of the 'Evening Post' building in Adelaide Street, lies in ruins following the bombing of Swansea. The building in the background is the Sailor's Home (built 1864). The Evening Post Offices opened in 1968.

I used to live in the building in the background, The Sailor's Home. My parents were the caretakers and it was demolished after we moved out.
